さてて2階です。まあ、典型的な昭和の日本家屋ですが、これをな、こうしてな・・・。

右側のドアはトイレですが、

写真には出ないですが、かなり内装は汚くて、店子さんは居酒屋系のお店だったので2階は控室に使われていてちょっとそのままでは住めないくらいニコチンコーティングされてました。ちなみに左側のドアは以前は一階に降りれる鉄製の階段に続いていましたが、今は取り外されていて何処にも通じていませぬ。ここは外壁をやり直す時が来たらドアを外して普通にモルタルで埋めます。

It doesn't show on the photos but the interior was quite filthy since the tenant was an izakaya type of restaurant (a Japanese style dining bar) the 2nd floor was used as their employees' waiting room which made it finely coated with nicotine and wasn't really livable. By the way, the door on the left side was an exit leading to a steel staircase for going downstairs. It has been removed so now it leads nowhere. When the time comes to do the exterior wall here, we'll remove the door and just make it into a mortar wall.

DIYリフォームパート30 - 化粧 / DIY Home Renovation Part 30 - Cosmetics 今回でとりあえず撮りだめた分は終わりです。窓をやりながら化粧をやっていったわけですが、ほとんどの壁は珪藻土です。例のネリードというブランドのもので、非常に塗りやすくておすすめです。編者もこれ以前はコテで珪藻土をぬるという経験は無かったのですが、簡単すぎて拍子抜けです。広告費が出てるわけではないですよ！ただ、水性とはいえ床に落とすと拭かなければいけないので、それなりに体力は使います。 These are the end of the photos that have been taken for the moment. DIYリフォームパート29 - 窓地獄 / DIY Home Renovation Part 29 - Windows Hell おっと、マイクロソフトの悪口はそこまでだ！異常に窓の多い作りで建物の片側がほとんど窓という状況なので、以前の二重窓化の作業が延々と続きます。やってることは一緒なのでさらっとお写真だけ。 Stop right there!
