大分初期の記事でトイレのドアの付け替えをお見せしましたが、このドアの左にある壁を・・・。

Quite early in the articles, I believe I showed you the replacement of the toilet door, but the wall to the left of this door...

壊します！ひどい散らかり様・・・。

そして質量保存の法則によりその隣の出入り口だったところに壁が勝手に出来る・・・訳もなく頑張って作ります。

And because of the law of conservation of mass, next to the old wall a new wall will appear...not, so we'd need to put much effort on building a new one.

ご存知の方は耐力壁だということがすぐわかると思いますが、アイランドキッチン化に際しての動線の確保と同時に柱同士を耐力壁で連結して強度を上げます。

The people in the know may recognize right away but in order to turn it into an island kitchen, optimize the flow line, and increase the structural strength at the same time we have connected the pillars with a structural wall.

勿論それだけではなく、同時に他の壁のなくなった部分の辻褄を合わせます。

Of course not only that, but we'd need to fix the inconsistancy coming from losing the other walls.

とりあえずいらない部分を切り飛ばします。

Just cut off the unneeded bits.

そして石膏ボードとビスで塞ぎます。

And plug the hole up with screws and plasterboards.

他の内壁の無い部分も石膏ボードで塞ぎます。

Places missing internal walls will be also treated.

窓の右側の端に収納が欲しいとリクエストがあったようで、このようになっています。

It seems there was a request for a storage at the right end of the window so there we go.

開けゴマ。

分けわからなくなるので別々に紹介してますが、色々同時進行で基本進んでおります。大体1日の終わりはヘトヘトで、脳が働かなくなりますね。本職の人に敬礼！

It'll be really confusing so I'm introducing the tasks in segments, but usually, there are several things going on at once. At the end of the day, I'm usually worn out and braindead. Salute to the Pros!

DIYリフォームパート30 - 化粧 / DIY Home Renovation Part 30 - Cosmetics 今回でとりあえず撮りだめた分は終わりです。窓をやりながら化粧をやっていったわけですが、ほとんどの壁は珪藻土です。例のネリードというブランドのもので、非常に塗りやすくておすすめです。編者もこれ以前はコテで珪藻土をぬるという経験は無かったのですが、簡単すぎて拍子抜けです。広告費が出てるわけではないですよ！ただ、水性とはいえ床に落とすと拭かなければいけないので、それなりに体力は使います。 These are the end of the photos that have been taken for the moment. DIYリフォームパート29 - 窓地獄 / DIY Home Renovation Part 29 - Windows Hell おっと、マイクロソフトの悪口はそこまでだ！異常に窓の多い作りで建物の片側がほとんど窓という状況なので、以前の二重窓化の作業が延々と続きます。やってることは一緒なのでさらっとお写真だけ。 Stop right there!
