DIYリフォーム パート24 - ユニットバス取り付け施工の下準備 / DIY Home Renovation Part 24 - Preparation for installing the modular bathroom 前回はふざけていたのに今回はやけに真面目な代ですが、結構大きな作業規模だったのでちゃんと書いておこうと思います。 The last post was a lot of messing around but this time the title is a lot more serious, this is because the work was a major one so I'd like to have it on record.  上の画像の右側が作業前の間取りで、左が作業後の間取りです。ただし、変更の可能性ありです。 The right side of the image above is the old layout, and the left side is the planning for the new layout. There are chances for it to be modified.  前回トイレを撤去したところで終わってましたが、結局残さず諸共外しました。理由としてはこの角にユニットバスを入れる訳なので、出来るだけ軽くしたかったからです。また、柱が真ん中にあって邪魔なので移動します。ちなみに通し柱ではなく、2Fだけの柱です。 Last time we ended where the toilet was dismantled, but in the end, we left nothing and everything was removed. DIYリフォーム パート22 - 階段の補修 / DIY Home Renovation Part 22 - Fixing of the stairs 二階に行く前にちょっと階段をば。ご覧の通り何故かカーペットが糊付けされております。段がグラグラする部分などもあったのでおそらくぼろ隠しのために元の持ち主がやったものです。これは店子さんに貸し出す前、この家を買ったときからこのカーペットでした。 Before we go to the 2nd floor, let's talk about the stairs. As you can see for some reason there is a carpet glued on to the steps. One of the steps was wiggly so I believe this was something the previous owner did to hide the fault of the stairs. This carpet was there before the tenant, back from the time this house was purchased. カーペットを取り去った状態です。古い接着剤が残っていて見た目が結構汚いです。 This is after we removed the carpet. But then here, we have DIY.
